J’Ouvert Brewery of Plantation Brewing House makes four kinds of the highest quality beer. They are hand-made with the finest German malt, Czech hops, French yeast and pure St. Lucian water. They are true “craft” beers, well-brewed, fermented and stored in cooled tanks right in the premises of our restaurant.

The recipe for J’Ouvert beer contains only four ingredients as dedicated by the 500-year-old German “Reinheitsgebot” purity law. Those ingredients are all natural malt, hops, yeast and water. Unlike big commercial breweries, we don’t add any substitute materials. J’Ouvert beer is gently filtrated, just to reach ideal balance between eye-pleasing clarity and delicate taste enabled by residues of noble yeast.

J’Ouvert beers are served draught right from the tanks, therefore are always absolutely fresh.
